What does product availability mean?

The availability of each product is displayed on the corresponding product page. A product may be:
Available: Available for online purchase.
Not available: Not available for order at this time. It is expected and will be available soon. If you wish, you can register your email to be notified immediately when the product will be available for order again.

How do I make an order?

Select the product you want and then ADD TO CART. After choosing all products you want, you select ORDER COMPLETE. Then follow the steps for PROCEED TO PAYMENT.

How do I know I have entered an order?

You will receive a confirmatory e-mail in the mail you declared, with a unique order number. If you do not receive this e-mail then:
• You have not entered the order.
• You have not paid for the order.
• You have not stated correct mail.

How do I receive an order?

You receive at the shipping address you have declared when registering your order from a Teleunicom partner distributor.

How can I track my order?

The steps of executing an order are as follows:
• When an order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order information.
• The order is being processed and goes to the picking phase.
• The order is ready for dispatch. You receive an e-mail with the tracking ID of the order.

Can I change / modify / cancel my order?

In order to change / modify or cancel your order you should contact us in one of the following ways:

How do I return products?

If you wish to return the product you purchased, you can do so within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. A prerequisite is that the product is in its closed commercial packaging and is accompanied by proof of purchase.
You send it at the expense of Teleunicom SA, in its original condition and packaging, enclosing the proof of purchase at Dragatsaniou 64, Piraeus, 185 45, wrtiing on top “Product Return – Teleunicom”

What is the cost of transport?

For orders below 50€ total there is a 2€ fee for shipping. Orders more than 50€ total have FREE shipping.

What payment options do I have?

You can choose one of the following payment methods:
Pay on delivery
You pay the price of your order on delivery at the driver of the cooperating distribution company (courier). The charge for a pay on delivery is 3 €, in addition to the total amount of your order.
Please note that for purchases over € 500 (total invoice amount or retail receipt, including VAT) there is no possibility of cash on delivery. In these cases the respective transaction needs to be paid by deposit / transfer or by credit / debit card.
Credit or Debit Card
Your credit or debit card will be debited after a check and verification process of your credentials and validity when we approve and accept your order. The charge can be made even if some of the items are not readily available and must be ordered by suppliers. The customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and the truth of the credit card details and Teleunicom holds no responsibility in the event of an error. Accepted cards are Visa & MasterCard.
Payment by Bank Deposit

By choosing to pay by Bank Deposit you must deposit the amount of your order in the Teleunicom account details and use the Order ID as a payment reference. From the moment the transaction takes place, send us the info of the deposit to [email protected], stating your name and the number of your order, so that we can proceed with the shipping.
